A message from Wildwood Labradors, January 6, 2021

After over 40 years, we are retiring from breeding. This has been a hard decision, but we feel that our age keeps us from raising and caring for puppies as we want to.   It has been a great ride and we have enjoyed every minute of it!!

Upcoming star

Introducing our upcoming star, Wildwood's Gold Rush, "Rush" (Wildwood's Tiger Lily x Am CH/U-GRCH Cinnamire's Chalk Art) Rush thrilled us all by going Winners Dog/Best of Winners on Day 1 of the 2020 LRC Piedmont Specialty under Susan Huntzinger (Riverlane)

Here he is making his debut in Raleigh, September 2019. Day 1 - WD for two points, Day 2 - Reserve to a major. Not bad for his first weekend out at 16 months.

Welcome to Wildwood Labradors!

It has always been our hope to produce AKC Labrador Retrievers who are physically sound with excellent temperaments. Since almost all the puppies we sell are to be family pets, we feel those are very important characteristics.

Obviously, like most breeders, we do clearances on all our breeding stock and we strive to socialize puppies from the moment they are born with any and all adults and especially children who will hold them and love them and play with them. We try to introduce them to many surfaces and new experiences and when we are able, we have temperament testing done.

Hopefully a puppy that you purchase from Wildwood Labradors will be a cherished member of your family and a pet who will meet your needs whether they be camping, hiking, hunting or being a general couch potato.

On June 27, 2007 these three lovely sisters celebrated their 13th birthday complete with party hats, gifts and a doggy birthday cake.
